When Gravity Fails
General Info:
Your goal is to use the grappling hook to move around the landscape of a collapsing world to find what remains of this world's technology - the gears - and bring them to a mysterious creature on your island.
You are going to encounter enemies - the floating robots that will chase you and shoot at you. Shoot back!
This game has been developed for Conduit Jam! https://itch.io/jam/conduit-festival-game-jam
This is my first attempt at creating a 3D game. The physics are a bit clunky here, and I cannot promise any sort of optimization, but I did my best. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Controls:
- C: talking or moving to the next dialogue line.
- WASD - movement. You generally move in the direction you are looking;
- E: using the grappling hook; aim it, hold E and if it hits (if the object you are aiming at is close enough) - you will move towards that object. When you release (stop holding the button), you stop.
- LMB - shooting. You can hold LMB to shoot continuously or just tap it.
- Space - jump.
